Artist's Rights
› I am allowed to decline any request for whatever reason I may have.› I am allowed to cancel a request if the client is excessively rude or inappropriate. The client will be blacklisted and not refunded.› I am allowed to use the art for self-promotion and record the process on social media unless discussed otherwise.› If commissioned for fanart of an existing series or franchise, I reserve the right to sell the artwork at any given point, such as prints or in art books.
Client Use's & Understanding
› Commissions are for PERSONAL USE only unless discussed otherwise.› The client can repost the commission, but they must include credit to my social media.
(EX: "Artist: @jinyaart")› The client may not sell / profit / claim the finished commission as their own. Nor are they allowed to use it for AI or block-chain technology (NFT, crypto, or future invention in this space).› The client will receive a full resolution digital file which will be delivered through email/discord/google drive.
No physical item will be delivered!

› I'll send you a sketch for approval. This is when you can ask for major changes(3 max). There is no chance for big changes later in the process, so please be concise with your feedback.› Once I'm done with your commission, I'll only allow minor adjustments: hues, a color I got wrong, small details, etc.
